Reservation Policy
We require a one-night deposit. Our cancellation policy is as follows: We require a seven-day cancellation notice with a $25 cancellation fee. If you give us less than seven days notice, we do not refund the deposit.
HANDICAP ACCESS: We offer one handicapped-accessible room with entry via our front door. It includes two queen beds with ample floor space around them; the bathroom offers a raised toilet seat and a shower seat with a detached sprayer. We have multiple rooms located on the ground level that are suitable for wheelchair use but are not ADA-specific. Our property has two levels, and the second floor with rooms is only accessible via stairs. We do not have an elevator. We make every effort to help our guests in every way possible, so please let us know if you or someone in your party needs special assistance.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: A 3% service charge will be applied to credit card payments.

If you make a reservation, purchase a gift certificate, fill out our reservation request form, email us or post a comment, we are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via our reservation request form, reservation system, email, comment form or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to get additional information from one of our hospitality or dining partners or other information on the area.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. Every broadcast email or eNewsletter we send as a clear and safe “unsubscribe now” link at the bottom. If you receive a broadcast email from us simply click on the “unsubscribe now” link at the bottom of the email and you will be automatically removed from our email list permanently.
