All specials are based upon non-poolside rooms unless otherwise noted in special; based upon availability at time of booking. Guests must mention “Internet Special” at time of booking and print this page and present at check-in to receive special rates. All specials subject to current Maine State Lodging Tax (9%). Discount can not be applied to existing reservations or combined with other offers. Specials are guaranteed only after you have made your reservation and can be discontinued at anytime without notice. Specials are based on two people per room, additional fees will apply for extra guests.

Certificates are available for any time of year or any special event. Allow us to customize your next gift, whether it is a night’s lodging or one of our popular packages.

Tax and Gratuities: Housekeeping gratuity will be added to all room rates. All room rates subject to current 9% Maine State Rooms & Meals Tax.
Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 11 AM (except on packages, as noted).
Deposit
One night’s deposit on a major credit card guarantee is required at time of reservation.
Cancellations
All deposits are refundable, less a $25 bookkeeping fee, if we are notified at least 10 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received within 10 days are non-refundable. For credit card reservations, we will process your card for the first night’s stay if you cancel less than 10 days in advance (or simply “no show”).
Misc.
Room rates are based upon single or double occupancy. Additional person rates $10 per person.
